Nexstar Founder and plumbing revolutionary Frank Blau celebrated 50 years in business this past February. Since the 1980’s, Frank has dedicated himself to helping owners master the financial side of running a service business. Through his research, Blau discovered that most service companies were grossly under-charging for their labor. From his findings, Frank devised his flat-rate pricing platform as a way to tell consumers up front what a given job would cost.
