The Peer Group attendees will spend one entire day exploring the host's business. You will tour the facilities - from accounting to the warehouse. Walk inside their trucks, talk to the techs, get a firsthand look at the computer system. See their marketing tactics and tracking numbers. Review their financial statements. Probe to find out what works and what doesn't. How does your residential service business compare?

The heat turns up on the second day as your group prepares and presents a critique to the host. The host company's operations become the reference point from which you evalute what works well or what could be improved, based on your collaborative analysis.
